Effective 24 September 2026
Terms of Use
These terms apply when you browse Kinoveo, play sample trailers, or save titles to a watchlist. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The service
Kinoveo is a demonstration entertainment catalog. It lets you look through movie and series listings, open title details, play publicly available sample video files as stand-in trailers, and keep a watchlist on your device.
Kinoveo is not a licensed streaming platform. It does not sell tickets, rent films, or grant rights to watch commercial motion pictures or television seasons.
2. Eligibility
You may use the site if you can form a binding agreement in your place of residence. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live, use the site only with a parent or guardian.
3. License to use the site
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to open the pages and features for your own non-commercial use. You may not:
- Copy the site in bulk, scrape listings for a competing catalog, or frame the pages without permission
- Interfere with playback, inject malware, or attempt to break into any host serving the files
- Misrepresent Kinoveo as an official studio, ticket, or subscription service
- Use the contact form to send spam, threats, or unlawful content
4. Titles, artwork, and trailers
Movie and series names may refer to publicly discussed 2026 releases or to original demo titles created for this site. Poster photographs are atmospheric stock images, not official studio key art. Video files in the player are public sample clips (for example Big Buck Bunny and similar demonstration videos). They are not official trailers and do not represent the plot, cast, or soundtrack of any listed title.
All studio marks, character names, and film titles remain the property of their owners. Mention on Kinoveo is for demonstration and commentary only and does not imply endorsement, partnership, or a license to stream those works.
5. Watchlist
Your watchlist is stored locally in your browser. We do not promise that it will sync across devices, survive a cleared cache, or remain available forever. Kinoveo may change or remove catalog entries at any time.
6. Acceptable use
Use Kinoveo in a way that is lawful and respectful. Do not attempt to overload the host, harvest emails, or use the project to distribute harmful software. If you embed or republish pages, keep the demo notices intact.
7. Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is.” Listings, ratings, runtimes, and synopses are illustrative. They may be incomplete, out of date, or invented for the demo. We do not warrant uninterrupted playback of sample video, availability of remote images, or fitness for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kinoveo and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the demo site, including lost watchlists, failed video playback, or reliance on catalog details.
9. Privacy
How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. Using Kinoveo means you have also read that policy.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a revised effective date. Questions about the terms: [email protected] or the Contact page.
